1. What is the UKG Pro® mobile app?
The UKG Pro mobile app will serve as the new updated version of the previous UKG Dimensions App.
2. Why can’t I continue using the UKG Dimensions app?
The UKG Dimensions app will be retired on December 31, 2024, and will no longer be supported by UKG. The UKG Pro app will be replacing UKG Dimensions.
3. When can I download the UKG Pro mobile app?
The UKG Pro app will be available for download starting November 4th, 2024.
4. Where can I download the UKG Pro mobile app?
The UKG Pro mobile app is available for download from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Click here for instructions on how to download the UKG Pro mobile app.
5. What iOS and Android versions does the UKG Pro mobile app require?
The UKG Pro mobile app requires:

6. Do I have to download the UKG Pro mobile app?
No. The UKG Pro application is completely optional to download for all employees.
7. Is the UKG Pro mobile app available for tablets?
Yes! The UKG Pro mobile app is available for all mobile devices, including tablets.
8. How often is the UKG Pro mobile app updated?
The UKG Pro mobile app automatically updates monthly. Your system administrator must enable new features.
Getting Started
Company Access Code or Tenant URL
1. What is a Tenant URL?
The Tenant URL is a website address or link that is unique to your organization’s Workforce Management application. You can enter it by typing it in or by scanning a QR code that your organization can provide. Required Tenant URL - https://adventist-sso.prd.mykronos.com/.
2. If I have access to UKG with more than one hospital, can I access more than one company?
You can access multiple companies. However, you can only log into one company at a time. You must enter the Tenant URL and log in separately for each company.

2. What do I do if I forgot my username and/or password?

1. How do I enable notifications?
To enable notifications, go to your Profile from the Main Menu, and select the notifications you want to receive.
2. What notifications can I receive?
Employees can receive push notifications for approved or denied Schedule requests, and timecard exceptions like missed punches.

To enable cookies, go to your device settings and enable cookies for the UKG Pro mobile app.
